1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using HyperLeadsBot Investor Network Community (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

The Service provides access to a premium Telegram community where curated investor databases, funding opportunities, and venture capital connections are shared with members on a regular basis.

3. Membership & Payment

Membership requires payment of the applicable subscription fee. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Prices are subject to change with notice to existing members.

4. Refund Policy

All payments are final once channel access has been granted. We do not offer refunds for unused portions of subscription periods.

5. Username Changes

If you change your Telegram username, you must inform our support team within 30 days. Failure to do so may result in removal from the community without refund.

6. Code of Conduct

Professional conduct is required at all times. Spam, harassment, unauthorized sharing of community content, and unauthorized invitations are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal.

7. Unauthorized Invitations

Unauthorized invitations to the Telegram channel will result in the immediate removal of both the inviting and invited parties. No refunds will be provided.
